Shipping territory
We ship to all locations in Canada and the USA where ground parcel services deliver. Example: UPS, Fedex, Purolator, etc.

Handling time
All orders will begin processing upon receipt. Depending on inventories and availability, orders may vary in delivery times. We will notify clients of any such delays in delivery.

Shipping methods
We use standard shipping companies for all parcel size items. We use available LTL trucking companies for larger items.

Shipping time
Shipping times will vary depending on delivery location. Shipments in the USA will be sent from the closest warehouse, depending on the item being shipped.

Shipping costs
All shipments are sent prepaid with standard shipping procedures. All LTL shipments are “dock to dock”. If any special requirements are needed, such as “tail gate service” or “inside delivery”, etc., these charges will NOT be covered by ADL Distribution and will be charged to the client. 

The above applies to particularly heavy items, and will not be an issue for most customers. Please be assured, should we believe there may be additional costs, we will contact you before processing your order so both parties are aware of special shipping instructions/additional charges on the order.
