Returns and Refunds

Returns
All return cases will be handled on an individual basis. If you are having an issue with our equipment, we suggest you contact us at support@adldistribution.ca to discuss your issue. If, at that time, we approve you to return an item, instructions on how to proceed with the return will be given.

Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return instructions
If your case was approved, you will have been issued an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number and given directions on how and where to return your item. Make sure the RMA number is on the return and that you follow the shipping directions to ensure you receive a timely refund.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received an expected refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@adldistribution.ca.
